Shipping Policy

Maison Brûlot ships across Belgium, France and Luxembourg. Orders are processed and dispatched from our European fulfilment network within 1–2 business days, then handed off to bpost Standaard for delivery.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are usually dispatched the same day. All other orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Free shipping on orders over €85. Standard rate €6.95 on smaller orders.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Delays may occur during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas).
Order Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. Use the link in your dispatch confirmation email, or visit the carrier's website directly.
If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, email support@maisonbrulot.shop and we will investigate.
Delivery Issues
- Missed delivery: The carrier will leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions.
- Parcel not received: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
- Damaged in transit: Photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, email support@maisonbrulot.shop as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
Within the European Union, shipments are not subject to customs duties. For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes assessed by the destination country.
